A request for a refund for individual ticket purchases can be made by emailing info@gallerysouthsaratoga.com or by calling 646 430 3911. A full refund is available if the request is made more than 10 business days prior to the event. For requests between 2 and 10 business days prior to the event, Gallery South can issue a 25 percent refund. Requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.
